In 95% of cases, your order will be shipped within 48 hours, but we will carry out all orders within 5 workdays. If this is not possible for any reason, you will be notified within 5 workdays after the placement of the order. Of course, you then have the right to cancel the order without any costs or other formal notices.
2. How are the shipping costs calculated?
Our system computes the shipping costs based on the total weight and dimensions of the order and the destination of the parcel. We do not make any money on the shipping. We send from the Netherlands, but we ship worldwide.
3. What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship worldwide and send all our packages via the official Dutch parcel service (PostNL). You will receive a Track & Trace code to keep an eye on your package when it's travelling around the world.
4. How do I track my order?
You can track your order with your personal Track & Trace code. The code can be found in the shipping mail you receive from us once your order has been shipped. If you enter your code at https://www.postnl.com/ you can see the Track & Trace information.
5. Do you take the product photos yourself?

6. Can I get my money back if I'm not satisfied?
You have the right to return delivered products within 14 workdays without clearance of the reason. This term starts when the ordered products have been delivered. Products have to be returned to us in their original package, including accessories and related documents. When the returned products meet the conditions stated in this section, we ensure that the full purchase amount plus corresponding shipping costs will be refunded within 14 workdays after receiving the package in good state. The returning of the products will be on account of you, including the costs and risks related. When the returned products have been used or damaged in any way, the right of dissolution is expired.
